Looking to return or exchange a purchase or a gift?

O S A Y is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with each of your purchases.

We are happy to offer free exchanges and returns and exchanges on full-priced, non-international orders within 30 days of delivery.

Please note international orders and sale items are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All on sale or discounted price sales are final and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

In the case of an exchange, if merchandise is not available, we will reimburse you.

Returned items must be in its original packaging, new condition, unworn ,and with tags.

We reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

The handling and processing time for your refund is 10-12 business days.
