We are unable to ship domestically and / or internationally to P.O./APO/FPO boxes.

Risk of Loss

All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, O S A Y / KENSI,INC. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when O S A Y / KENSI,INC. delivers these items to the carrier.

International Returns

Return Policy

O S A Y is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with each of your purchases.

We are happy to offer free exchanges and returns and exchanges on full-priced, non-international orders within 30 days of delivery. 

Please note international orders and sale items are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

All on sale or discounted price sales are final and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

In the case of an exchange, if merchandise is not available, we will reimburse you. 

Returned items must be in its original packaging, new condition, unworn ,and with tags. We reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
